Texrat - It might be worthwhile to give them a push in the right direction and suggest that a rep should visit this N900 users forum to get a first hand result of their ineffective internal communication.

Also, an update has to be issued that this problem has been fixed for the new production units since swapping to new units will not fix the design flaw.
