Regarding es_MX, it is indeed almost identical in the writting form to es_ES (it is the same language). However, some expressions (like for mobile phones, that are called cellular, etc) could be different. Anyway, I think you can use es_ES for es_MX until somebody sends you the typical translation for es_MX.
