+1 for BS.

1) It's total pseudo-corporate speak. They don't tell how long and hard they have deliberated it, they just announce it like it was always going to happen and certainly don't mention things like separating communities. Crappy English like "Under long and careful consideration..", "..working on the project now of back port.."

2) If they'll release it they'll make a hell of a splash out of it instead of giving a couple of lines to some "van(n)delay" to announce it on behalf of them.
