I have both: an N800 and an N95. AFAIK, the GPS from the N95 is not sharable over Bluetooth (I tried), so the N800 cannot use it. I'm fairly sure the maps on the N95 are not accessible over file management through Bluetooth either.

So...you are stuck. You need another (little) device for GPS on the N800.
