Removed the osso stuff and it's working!!!

OK quick update - the code is the extremely slow cut down version! - will re-add everything and see where i get!!

edit - omfg.... that took a while!! ... and.......... relax!
edit * 2 - version in extras dev now is working 0.4.2-8
