Let's see...

Flash the provided zImage, install the provided libraries and kernel modules, then plug your USB cable, and reboot the N810 (with the USB cable plugged in during the entire process!).

(This will cause your SD cards to not be mounted).

Then, load the mbxaccess.ko module, load the omaplcd.ko module, create the required device nodes, start mbxdaemon, and try the xegltest*. Ensure the screen doesn't turn off.

By now, you should have a big black window. Tap on the applications menu, then tap outside it (to dismiss it). Enjoy.... or not.

Edit1: I know this is all sounds pretty random, but bear with me for a moment
