It seems that your urls are wrong. The url should be like:

Did you change something in your scratchbox configuration?

And just some general comments:

- use the [ CODE ] [ / CODE] tags for pasting code. Then you get a scroll-bar for free and it makes the reading easier

- and the title of the thread does not match the question
