Or better, send pictures of the usb port with a copy of their warranty rejection to engadget (where it was first run) and other online review sites. I am sure iphone/android fan boys will love to spice up this Nokia mishandling all over their newsboards. Who knows, people might see a class action lawsuit brewing ...

This is truly abismal. They seem more worried about backlash then actually providing the customer service that will stop it.

I now need to work out the next move. It is prolly time to take this to small claims court.
