OK we have gotten one step futher with my phone.
I finaly managed to get through to someone at nokia. Without getting cut off.
Turns out that when I take a phone into a care centre and they say they will send it to head office. It actully just goes to another 3rd party care centre, One more great example of Nokia the "communications" company.
So now they are sending me a form that will allow me to ship it to a true head office care centre. Assuming they have "comunicated" that correctly.
They also said I would have to pay shipping. Until I was firm with them .
And no one is actually able to give me any real information about my phone at all.
