I tried getting again, and this time I got 2 confirmation requests. One was a confirmation to the terms of the ovi store, and the other was to ensure I wanted to purchase the level pack. Alas when I went through and tried to use the card, I keep getting transaction denied, please try again later. I'm starting to think they just don't have the payment system fully up and running.
