Yeah, wrong for 2 reasons, at least for me:

1- Blogs karma was not working according to old formulas, because we limited the blogs karma and everybody's blogs karma increased.

2- Implementation of non-agreed changes(bugs&favorites).

I also agree with the karma pool, but that's a decision for the next council/MeeGo, I guess. For now we can fix easily these two situations without much changes in the ability to vote of run for the council.
