Reason 1: Nokia 6233 and Nokia N900 uses totally different operating systems, therefore backups will not works to any direction.

Reason 2: any backups are made, is locked to the phone's own IMEI number. Therefore you're not able to make a backup and restore it even on the same phone modell.
