Do *not* use these settings, unless you like hogging up all the bandwidth/CPU of the servers you are generously using for free. Several servers outright ban anyone trying to connect anywhere near this many times.

So yeah, use these settings if you want to screw over the people that are serving your data and if you want to keep other people out and if you want more and more sites to go pay-only.
