you can see your favourite channels or programmes. Configure them first in the favourite window. ThenFor selecting favourite channels, just click on MY FAVOURITES in the channel drop down. All you favourite channels get automatically selected and you just need to hit go on them. For selecting favourite programmes, switch mode, select channel, and in the search drop down you will find your favourite programme list. Follow the instructions in the user guide and it will be easy.
