Benny, I have a personal issue with troublemakers rewarded the same as contributors
if that reward is used for some sort of currency
. The reason I didn't go far down the path is because it's a big banana that needs to be peeled carefully and deliberately in another thread.
As for human judgment-- it's unavoidable. Without it you get the stupid fascism of zero tolerance. And I'd rather have a leader making final decisions that occasionally gets one wrong than a simple coin-flipper who distills everything into go or no-go.
