Actually the most important key to good business is to get loyal customers. Keeping the existing customer base is in many ways the most important thing for a company.
As for Nokia, whjat I really would like to know is if they are using coltan from Kongo in their products. Or rather, how do they ensure that they do not? What measures do they take to check up their suppliers?
Better than Apple took to ensure that no child labour was used in the iPhone factory I hope!
