Right, but the customers who are asking the questions that are not getting answered represent a very small portion of all of Nokia's customers. I'm not trying to instigate anything, I know Nokia's refusal to answer a lot of our questions are plainly for 'business' reasons.

This whole 'going green' BS seems to excite current customers (because they feel like they're saving the earth by purchasing products from ___), and excite new customers for the same reasons
