No, that doesn't matter - I don't have it either. Double check that the file is actually there:

ls /home/user/MyDocs/.documents
And if it is there, check that it's not corrupt:

md5sum /home/user/MyDocs/.documents/prismic*
That should give you the result 8506059a52388d8f2ae84d2d5eaeb376
