So I've got 3.5g connection through 't-mobile internet' with the EPC apn. I have 4-5 bars. I believe im now being 'routed' through Seattle, WA, or very close to it as the icons are all stacked on top of each other

I've tested three times, the first time my latency was 345 ms (this is the time i scrolled in the web page to make sure to select 'seattle wa, as it was closest to me... The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, time Ive gotten 130-145ms latency (just hit begin test, no messing around with selecting a location, it would select seattle, wa automatically) and 1.00-1.10 mpbs download and 0.30-0.35 mpbs upload.

EDIT: It appears that whenever I open a new page, the first speed test latency is in the mid 300ms's... but subsequent 'test agains' will always have below a 150ms latency...
