Tried to call them, took forever to get through and there is no option on the call system for general enquiries. I just pretended to be an N97 customer !
However, that was a complete waste of time. Was advised that because I sent it into the care centre that I would have to call them. This is even though the care centre sent it straight to Nokia
Repair status STILL says:
In repair:Your product is currently being analysed or repaired.
Day 11 and nothing, a joke
