Note: my lanuage setting is german so I am translaiting the names.
Goto the Program Manager and select the option to install new software.
Now click on the word Programmanager at the top of your screen and select search.
Type ssh into the box and click search.
You should now see the different ssh apps. I used the OpenSSH client to connect to my server.
I suggest that you don't install the server unless you really need it or know whatk you are doing.

EDIT: ohh and you use it by opening a terminal then use the command ssh like this
ssh -l username SERVER
