i did some research online and found that many ppl actually tried this method to receive and make unlimited call within US and canada... i know there is an app for google voice already(dialcentral), but my question is could we get the native SIP on n900 to work wif google voice???

this is my approach:

i created a free account from sipgate.com and forwarded all my google voice call to it. then i created a free account from sipsorcery.com and linked the sipgate account to it and from there i set up the SIP account on my n900 so now sipsorcery will do all the outgoing and incoming call. i put in the dialplan, set up everything and made sure my n900 is connected to my sipsorcery account. i then tried to call using the sip just like i used to make a normal phone call and it worked!! my other phone rang and i picked up... and here is the problem... on my n900, i couldn't hear anything but on the other phone i could hear everything... i just dun understand what i did wrong... i tried different dialplan, which i dun think it s the cause to this problem.... and i tried different settings on my n900... and by the way, i m not connecting through wifi... i m using tmobile 3g... the voice quality from the other phone which i could hear is excellent... i dun wanna give this up becos i m so close to getting it fully working on my n900... i just wish someone can give me a pointer...

edit: i went ahead and did more research on this matters... and i found that it has something to do with the STUN or NAT... but i m reli getting tired of this... can someone help me out here?? thx in advance.. and srry for my typing... i use alotta IM-words lol...
