I dont know if there is an easier or more end-user friendly app or solution for that, but you can use WinSCP, follow these steps: http://forums.internettablettalk.com...ad.php?t=41422
You'll find your files under /home/user/MyDocs
In that folder: /.videos or /.sounds or /.images. etc.

EDIT: Btw, just make sure you don't edit or remove any of the files you dont know of, and you'll be fine
