WOW!!! As I have been testing the software for Sygic I emailed them yesterday and asked if I could have a discount for my feedback. I just received the email and thought, "oh well, 10% is better than nothing". I headed for the Sygic store and duly entered my code to get my 10% discount and when I recalculated the order it took off 100%. I then went back to my email so that I could contact them and tell them there was an error with the code that they have sent me as it was giving 100% instead of 10% and then I reread the email: 100% discount. Wow, I was absolutely floored. I really didn't expect that but all I can say is that they really are trying to be customer focused. Nokia! take note! You can learn a lot from Sygic.
