"85% of the world's polution comes from 2 countries" Actually, there are no countries, only a bunch of people. I think this is a big enough problem that if we start fighting about who fights pollution first, nothing will be improved. We are lucky in that all of us can take small maybe meaningless and symbolic steps that will make us feel a bit better, and we can push for bigger steps. It is not in anyone's interest for things to continue as they have been going.
