To be fair, all smoothness you notice is thanks to the great work notaz and fdave did writing the original Pico Drive, especially the blazing fast Cyclone 68000 emulator for the Motorola 68000 processor.

Either install OpenSSH in your N900 and copy them via a SSH client for windows (WinSCP for example), or put them in your MyDocs folder, open an xterminal and type:
mkdir /home/user/.picodrive/bios
mv <your_files> /home/user/.picodrive/bios
