i most certainly agree 100% this is true, without people buying the phone and discovering whats wrong with other consumers would only have a very limited amount of information to base their opinions of the phone on, this also goes for Nokia, as there are Nokia reps that visit this forum, seeing as it is mostly us the community that finds the bugs and reports them without that they wouldnt fix any of the bugs as they dont personally have the time to search for bugs and fix them as well!
