Nobody said there was actually going to be a release at the end of March. The update in question is 1.2 and it was rumoured to be ready at the end of March beginning of April. (I don't think anyone is in a position to announce a release date - I imagine the firmware is still being written and tested. As with any software, delays are entirely possible). Even if this was the case I would rather it was ready "when it's ready" rather than rushing to release it. Even if it means waiting a little bit longer. Also the release of MeeGo for the n900 will be a development release - it will not be in a suitable state for daily use (AFAIK - I could be proved wrong). Assuming something is released at the end of March. There is no point in whining about this now - It's not even the end of March yet! Also, why the sense of urgency? The n900 is perfectly usable. Until both these things happen I will continue to enjoy using my n900.
