Wrong... You need to do more research man. 256mb was the largest during the time of the N900 design. And now it is not anymore. There is already 512Mb RAM and ROM space for Nexus One. Double of the size that is.. 512Mb is not even yet be the largest. It is still 1GB coming up. Technology is always evolving and improving.
