I'm in Seattle on a legacy T-Mo 'unlimited internet' plan for $20/month.
I connect via epc.tmobile.com and depending on where I am in town the status-bar network-indicator varies between "2.5G", "3G", and "3.5G". Generally,
http://speedtest.net
routinely indicates I'm getting ~1.5mbps download and ~.3mbps upload.
I spoke to two T-Mo reps yesterday. One indicated possible speeds ranged from 1mbps/dl to 18mbps/dl (a big friggin' range, I know). The second rep said the speeds I'm experiencing are the fastest currently available in my area on T-Mo, and that epc.tmobile.com was the correct APN for 'getting our fastest speeds'.
Has anyone in Seattle heard or experienced faster speeds?

. Reason: typos & completeness.
