I don't have a link handy, but I got some German made "hard" screen protector made for the N800. Its frickin amazing. Super clear, and doesn't affect anything.

It was linked to previously, a vendor on eBay imports them.

I highly suggest using a screen protector. I managed to gouge a deep scratch with a bitten fingernail on my previous N800

Luckily the whole mess of Nokia losing my tablet got me a brand new one.
