Actually this was all over the Nokia site but agree, it wasn't highlighted. The response is more a case of explaination of the device placement, not justification of the marketing.

There is however lots of information and most of the reviews also used this as a descrption so it isn't exactly new (Google Entries). I think the annoyance here should be irected at least in part to the retailers as well.
