This is where they believe NOKIA are at fault as this is could be considered as both misleading and deception!

the key question is what does this term mean to the average person!

a. a pre-existing product that nokia has put time into advertising heavily will be offered/bundled with the N900 product free of charge

or

b. a new product/light version would be made available!

The initial advice is for each of us to take this up with our relevent trading standards body in our own jurisdiction.

I still believe we should be responsible consumers and give NOKIA a chance to respond to any claims made.
