No they don't! The first two are landscape only, I'm sat looking at them in case you want to debate that issue too.

A few of the later RIM handsets had portrait mode, but those were for handsets billed primarily as voice devices with ocassional typed input. Maybe they got it wrong which is why the handset and form factor was somehow so sucessful!
