Which config? There is a directory /home/user/apps/omweather containing several empty files:
10381_hour.xml
10381_hour.xml.new
10381.xml
10381.xml.new
GMXX0007_hour.xml.new
GMXX0007.xml.new
GMXX0151_hour.xml.new
GMXX0151.xml.new
Beside them I see no other config files. I'll try reinstalling OMWeather and see if it helps.

Edit: completely uninstalled, rebooted, re-installed, rebooted and it still don't work. If no one has an idea where to fix it, I'll kick it off.
