Since when was the Internet a democracy? Although I'll grant you that Serge's comment may cut a little close to the bone for some.

You know there is just a possibility that some of us simply want to get a feel for what is the problem simply by asking if someone else is experiencing it. I'd be happy to participate in solving the bugs.

The point is Serge doesn't necessarily expect help "solving" the bugs, but if no-one tells him what they are, they can't be fixed by anyone. As he eloquently put it: a good bug report is a valuable contribution.
