ahhhh sounds like rootfs issue to me.
use the commands / tools i posted earlier and then try the df -h command again, after a reboot.
(Eg, disable repos, run clean, autoremove...)
List what apps from what repos you have installed too - always useful to detect possible file hogs.
(If you have python installed - pyoptify on the wiki page is a good one too)

Note that you will never get it below 60/70%
