No, the only way to delete it once the show goes "bad" is to delete the whole database

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Delete database, run SeriesFinale
  2. Add "Bang Goes the Theory"
  3. Add "Ashes to Ashes"
After 2, 1 loses the series image and stays at the top - cannot be deleted
