So expecting the worst I called Nokia USA this morning to get an update. It seems to be my lucky day because I somehow managed to connect with the rep who initially processed my claim. After much waiting on hold I was presented with a UPS tracking number. And within a few hours the packaged was delivered.
I almost instantly received notification from
shipito
requesting further action. They even took a picture of my package and had it on display in my account!
It works! Not exactly an easy task but at least Canadians are not completely SOL!
