Probably, yes.

But obviously there is some reason why Nokia's developers think that having swappiness at 100 is a good idea for the device. I've been rather surprised by that fact myself. Does anyone know what the reasoning behind this is?

P.S.: Oh, by the way, ossipena ... just in case you aren't aware of it, you're acting more and more like a dweeb. While I can relate to your obvious frustration somewhat, lashing out at people and generally resorting to offensive behaviour will not help. And, as has been suggested by others, you really should reconsider using that "Maemo Greeter" signature until you have simmered down again.
