Hi, I use gpxview for geocaching, the software is very nice imo.
For this you have to activate repositories on your device. For this read carefully:

http://wiki.maemo.org/Extras-devel

After installing the application you should deactivate the repos again.

Once the software installed, you can download your caches aa *.gpx from geocaching.com. These files can be imported in gpxview and you can start caching :-)


Another great app for caching seems to be "agtl"
