The answer is probably. A simple search will show you this. I need time to set up a chroot or similar ld-linux.so jail using pre NTPL x86 libs and wine binary for qemu (user mode) to run. Expect about P90 speeds or better if loads of system calls are invovled in the execution of code as that runs arm native. Graphically X11 stuff is fast and native too. Maths stuff would be slower. This was done several years ago on PPC. I think I'm the only one working on this on ARM
