interesting thread i have a dell m1730 laptop that came with an overclocking application as standard 2.8 up in .2 intervals to 3.6 its a dual core processor, my laptop is crammed with stuff and doesnt have much room to breath but ive been using it overclocked at 3.2 for over 2 years and no problems, overclocking is not that dangerous you just have to be carefull not to do anything stupid like overclock the n900 straight up to 1.5 that would fry it. hell if some people are willing to try it why not whats life without a bit of risk
