same problem i had before lol, well ill tell you what i did so u can try if u want to, but i just uninstalled psx4all downloaded the deb file from http://repository.maemo.org/extras-d...ree/p/psx4all/ and pasted into my /home/user/MyDocs with pc suite

then ran x-term in root
cd MyDocs
dpkg -i --force-depends psx4all_0.3.9_armel.deb

moved bios to home/user/MyDocs/

and presto works fine, but i imagine till pr1.2 ill have to update this way also.
