Every now and then I notice that on my phone the pulseaudio daemon starts using a lot of resources even when idle after some audio activity (phone call, flash audio etc.). Easy to check using, e.g., htop. The process is typically in the top 3. That eats the battery very fast. I take care of the problem by running "killall pulseaudio" as root in the terminal. Would be nice though, if a firmware update took care of this problem for good...
