It doesn't seem to change anything for me.

I'm calling the T-Mobile USA voicemail system. When it connects, it says to press star to access (my) mailbox. I bring up the pad, push star, and nothing happens. I dismiss the dialing pad, then bring it up again and push star. After a few attempts, the call disconnects.

I also was not sure what arrow you were referring to...

What are you using to receive the Google Voice callbacks with? I'm using the built-in SIP with Gizmo.
