How much should I expect to pay for the SIM itself. $10 was mentioned. I won't order online, more than likely will pick one up in a local store (I'll be heading to a appt in Broadway (Radio City)) late eve 9pm. Is there a good place to pick one up locally.

Does that $10 include any credit or is that on top?

In terms of tor vs proxy, I now have a proxy setup, so other than performance concerns will these mean EVERYTHING should work (if proxy is ok) or will I still have issues with tmob filtering ie bitmaps, and should I expect ovi maps/AGPS/conversations(im)/email/web to work ok?
