Speaking of the description, is the current openntpd one OK? IMO it's fine[1], but if not someone please post a comment stating what it should be to avoid yet another round-trip.

[1] "daemon" is prominent in the first line of the description. For anyone saying some users may not know what a daemon is I counter that most of the same users won't even know that the command line is. Note also that this is not a command line application and a description stating that would be misleading.
