Wasn't the PR1.2 build tagged quite a while ago? perhaps usable navigation is ready, but we won't see it for several more months due to nokia package updates only rolling out in major releases?

Perhaps they emphasize more on MeeGo? Previous First Cut release was fast.... but PR1.2 news and the YouTube videos on the upcoming updates, which I think was posted since February...

Perhaps they found some issues? Perhaps they trying to add new things? Hmmm...
I rather they released the updates more often than update once in a blue moon.
People who updates often can always update, while some can choose to update after several updates available.
It's better than no updates for everyone and just wait for one big update that takes months.

Just my personal opinion.
