I created an RMA yesterday with Nokia. Buy.com had this disclaimer that all units purchased from them would have to go through Nokia for replacement or exchanges. All I have to do is ship out the unit as soon as my 2gb comes in so i can back up everything.

Would you happen to know if the built in backup/restore saves the applications installed or do i have to manually reinstall them again? Also, settings/accounts not pre-defined by the original build (i.e. pidgin, maemopad notes, etc). Because the dropdown box for the backup/restore shows no mention of backing anything up from the /usr/ directory.

Any insights? Thank you.
